I am very pleased with this purchase. The vendor was very prompt by letting me know when I would get my watch. It arrived in a few days and it’s perfect.
A classic time piece and great value
This is an incredible value for a Movado timepiece, one of the lowest you will find for a new model. Delivery of the product was as promised, which came with the appropriate paperwork and packaging.
The owner of many timepieces, I sought a simple, classic timepiece to round out my collection. With a 26mm dial, the ladies’ vesion is quite small, but suprisingly easy to read. The strap is soft, but is rather short, when compared with contemporary watch straps. If you have larger, than a 6.5 inch wrist, the band will be too small, and you will have to switch it out, which you probably might want to do anyway. The strap does not seem to be the sturdiest available. In fact, larger women might want to check out the men’s version of this watch instead. The water resistance is only 3ATM or appoximately 100 feet–do not swim or bathe with this watch. You will be safe with splashes of water from rain drops or washing your hands, providing the crown is in. On a positive note, the watch is equipped with a sapphire crystal, which is not easly scratched,so it should look “new” for a long time. Even though the watch is suitable for many occasions, I wouldn’t recommend it as a sport watch. Overall, the Museum watch is a good buy for those seeking an entry level Movado that is classic and timeless.
Movado Watch
This watch was just as shown in the picture, thin, sleek and very comfortable. I wouldn’t typically do a review but I was very impressed with Amazon as the purchasing agent b/c the watch was originally lost in the mail. While it meant it took longer to get, Amazon kept updating me on tracking of it and then sent out a new one at no charge.
That was definately the right thing to do from a customer service standpoint but I know of other online companies that would have made it much more frustrating and difficult to get the product so I am very pleased with Amazon and would definately purchase from them again

Very Sleek
I’m 22 and was looking for a fair priced watch to wear to work and home. This is it. I paid only $279.00 from chronoshark.com the other day. I was immediately attracted by its simplicity yet elegant look. Before purchasing it, I was a bit skeptical and asked my family and gf to see if they liked how it looked in pictures. They thought it was nice and when I told them the price they insisted on me getting it. I was still worried, but after opening up the box today, I am 100% satisfied. This watch will get heads turning. People will think your a classy high roller. You could pass this off as a $1000 watch if you felt so conceded. I cannot stress enough the beauty of this watch. Just don’t buy from amazon.com as there are plenty of other sites that sell this for hundreds of dollars cheaper. Just take the time and search for them.
Great Watch, Greater Price
I bought this timepiece as my third Movado. I wanted a watch that looked both sofisticated as well as simple. I can wear this watch with my tux or my jeans. GREAT PRICE ON AMAZON compared with the stores.
It’s genuine.
Like many have said, this is a very beautiful watch. If you haven’t already checked this out in a local jewelery store, you will be amazed when you actually see it for the first time. This watch is slightly smaller in size compared to its big brother, the Luno. Perfect for men who have smaller wrists. I was looking at this and the Luno, and chose this because it was smaller for my skinny wrist, and it had a cleaner look. Very classy look, but also goes well with casual wear and summer clothes. I have not had it very long but so far the time is perfectly accurate. The woven style pattern on the wrist band draws attention to the watch when wearing short sleeve shirts, but the classic Movado face catches eyes from miles away.
****IMPORTANT NOTE****
I took this watch to a few different mall-based jewelry stores to determine its authenticity. One jeweler glanced at it and said it was real, while another told me they weren’t able to determine that in the store. Finally, I took it to a private local jeweler, where they opened the case and determined that this watch is genuinely swiss movement. So, for those of you weary, THIS WATCH IS A 100% SWISS MADE MOVADO. You just don’t get the embossed warranty certificate from amazon.com.
Overall I’m happy with the price, the way the watch looks, feels, it’s lightweight. AND ITS REAL. If you are looking at a Movado watch, this is definitely a good looking timepiece, and you won’t beat this price locally.
